How can I inform my customers?

I've been fighting with eBay all day trying to get this settled and I'm at the end of my rope.

So, I sell hand painted miniatures for games like D&D. I have had customers contact me about custom orders. To inform them of my prices and policies, I made a blog post and put links to it in my listings. Now, I'm told I can't put a link to that in my listings or messages.
So, how can I get this info to my customers?

(Sorry if this comes off a little hostile, but I am really angry about this.)

I have to disagree.

Anonymous
Not applicable

Is it still possible to set up a Q&A page for buyers? That could be linked within a listing.

"What did they name your first born?"

I'm sure that is a clever comment - but too obscure for me.
What does it mean, and who is "they"?

@kitchen-topia Nothing personal just a quip. The expression for getting the impossible done  sometimes requires giving up a first born child. An old expression.

I guess the OP left before I could post my sugestion but I will post it anyway in hopes it will help someone. Most of us know we can`t post links in our ebay listings (or any other pages) directing folks to off ebay sites. The OP could have subscribed to a basic store and gained access to create their very own custom store page with any info. they wanted their customers to know. Then they could have linked their new store page to their listings. So long as they didn`t direct anyone off ebay they would have accomplished their goal just like everyone`s other great suggestions.
