I would like to change my flat shipping rule for combined orders and my promotional shipping rules. Can I change all my items at one time (in bulk)? Where do I go to do this? I'm tired of trying to find this on my own! Please help if anyone knows... Thank you.

To edit listings in bulk, you would start at your active listing page and use the check box for the listings you want to change and then click the edit selected listing. This will take you to the bulk edit screen and then use the drop down box and make changes to your shipping profile, it will change all the lsitings you have a check mark on.

You can also do this very easily if you have business policies opted in? There you would just edit the policy and eBay will change all the listed set up for that policy.
