You’re not supposed to be selling on eBay. Being in Sri Lanka, you can’t legally accept PayPal. Trying to accept PayPal is both against PayPal policy and against Sri Lanka law. You’ve apparently either given a false address (Philippines?) or bought a PayPal account. When PayPal sees what’s happening, they’ll shut down the account and they will keep any buyers payments that have come in. Also, eBay has begun shutting down accounts from Sri Lanka that attempt to sell here.
