How To Remove Left Navigation From Listings?

How do I remove the left navigation (categories) from an eBay listing? Also want to get rid of the "Hi allthingsa2z. If you like what you see, browse my Store to find more items you may love." ?

We're redoing our ebay store with a custom theme and having the categories on the listing page will be redundent.

I know how to disable it from the store front but I only want to disable it on the listings.

I have an old style store so I'm not sure if your options are the same but I would remove my store categories from my listings by going to manage my store - store marketing - listing frame - store header features
