I was wondering if anyone pays attention to the "Traffic Report" information that is provided to us? .I have the feeling it's a ploy to get you to throw money to the company store.

I do have it prominently displayed on my seller hub. It it good to see how things are trending, however, it can definitely convince you to spend promo bucks.

I use it, although information on top 20 search results is not currently working (eBay knows this). I do some promotion off eBay and its nice to see if external views improved as a result. For example, I have a current item with 100 eBay views and 74 external views.
Most important is to have an understanding of your own business. For example, I sell mostly at auctions. I like to see a ratio of 10-20% watchers to overall views. when I see that I am pretty sure my items will sell in my range of what I have estimated. Overall impressions is important but not pivotal to me.

I pay some attention to it. It has value if you learn how to best interpret it for your business.
