When I go into my account, it does not have the option of choosing PayPal as a payment method. How do I get paid through PayPal on ebay?

PayPal and eBay have parted ways. PayPal is no longer an option for processing your eBay payments. You must sign up for eBay's Managed Payments program.

And to add to the Managed Payments reply from @nobody*s_perfect , keep in mind that once on Manged Payments, it will take approximately 21 days for you to receive your money from your sale. This is because you are a new user. So if you are looking for "instant pay" for that RC car you have posted....it's not gonna happen.

You don't. Paypal is no longer a payment option for sellers. Buyers can use Paypal to pay, but it goes through managed payments now. You should sign up for managed payments if you want to continue to sell. Here's the link:

Hope this is helpful. Good luck.

You will need a checking account with a bank in your own country.
You will need to confirm your identity. US citizens must give their SSN, resident non-citizens have a different number. You can also use your driving license or passport.
Many sellers have opened online, low-fee bank accounts just for use with online sales.
Your buyers can still pay with cards or Paypal, and will also be allowed to use GooglePay and ApplePay.
As a new seller your payments will be Held for up to 21 days against customer satisfaction. Use and enter tracking numbers to get your money faster.
Your payments will usually be transferred to your checking account weekly - on Tuesdays, but you will have a few other options.
Your bank may take a few days to accept the transfer.
If you are selling steadily, the transfer will go smoothly and you will see a "paycheck" every week.

When you listed the item you had to sign up for managed payments.
You posted your question today.. 3 days after you started the listing.
Paypal is not a choice as you would have seen when you went to list the item.
Hopefully, you have supplied all the necessary information to receive money into your checking account.

You can't anymore on eBay.

I see you sold another car on this account, so you would have already signed up for Managed Payments, i’m assuming. Why do you ask about PayPal? By any chance, has another user offered you a lump sum to sell to them instead of bidding? Are they asking for your PayPal email?

It is simple - but not necessarily easy. First, get your hands on a flux capacitor. Second, find Doc Brown. He will take it from there.

Good catch!
One of the (few) good things about MP, is that it gives eBay an opportunity to close out all those abandoned accounts that are too often used by scammers.
@jimothy_lopez Look at your buyer's feedback. Check how long it has been since they last used the account. If you look at the sellers he's bought from you may also get a picture of what the actual owner of the account was buying. Do those purchases feel like a match with what you are selling?
