Yesterday, I encountered a buyer from another country who is using me to drop ship the purchase to an address within the United States. Not only am I charged an extra fee for the International transaction, but then he requested, like they ALL do, that no invoice be sent.
Then, today I sold another item to the same buyer, again requesting that I do not include an invoice.
Is there any way to block International buyers now with Managed Payments?
Thank you.

As long as I get paid and have a valid address to ship to (which means delivery confirmations) I don't care if it is a drop shipment (or lol as in the case when I was working for a manufacturing co. ) a drop shipper drop shipping to a drop shipper. I pack, ship and follow instructions = no invoice or marking and take my money. $$'s are $$'s.

Why would you want to block this customer? As long as you get paid and you ship to the US address provided to you by ebay, what does it matter WHERE the buyer is located or registered? Be thankful for the sale.
See my earlier post "Did i make $40 or lose $56?"

jayjaspersgarage, That simply is NOT true. Despite blocking International Bidders/Buyers, I just had a member in the UK end one of my BIN listings. How did he do this? He used a USA shipping address. However, if I didn't cancel the transaction, eBay would hit me with an International Buyer fee. **bleep** is that about??? Regardless, I don't want to sell to anyone outside of the USA, but it appears eBay is letting them through with a USA shipping address. Bleeping eBay...

Whether you feel it is unfair or not @acoustic_shadow this is allowed on Ebay. If the international buyer has a US ship to address, then they can purchase from you.
So you are willing to give up the sale because you have to pay an additional 1.65% on the sale??? Why? Most sellers would welcome the sale.
