Perhaps they already have a replacement. (your item) Don't need 2.
Now they may be wanting to send theirs back for a refund.

Yep
Perhaps after you disappointed them
They already bought, from another...

Ask if they want a replacement/another one, if the answer is no, then remorse.
It doesn't matter. Once the "buyer" hits the SNAD button, the seller is toast. They get the metric ding and all is good as far as eBay is concerned..LOL.

Why would I want a replacement from the same seller who sent something that was SNAD? Busy people have no time to waste. Lots of people buy stuff on eBay for serious work. They have no time for SNAD's. You have wasted their time and will not give you a second chance.

Wrong.
But, if the seller sent the wrong item by mistake, it was broken in transit, or there were some parts missing ... well ... then I am OK with a replacement.

Actually, that is not a reliable way to determine what you are stating. Frankly, eBay's MBG procedures makes requesting a replacement for a SNAD item somewhat of a risk for the buyer.

How ridiculous some of these responses, yeah, I sent counterfeit dishes.

You wrote nothing about dishes.
If you make a general statement, you get general responses ... I think my responses are reasonable, and not ridiculous.

Yes I agree that happens, but not always.
The SNAD could be genuine, but the buyer might not want a replacement for reasons already mentioned by another poster..

That is simply not true.
If an item is advertised as fitting a specific make and model but does not actually fit that make and model, why in the world would I need to get another one?
