Holidays bring out "scam buyers" and liars.

Just turned the corner into the early holiday season and the the scammers and liars are out.

It is such a helpless feeling when buyers use the fake excuses to return products that are perfect.

"Doesn't seem authentic". Really 100's sold without a "single" issue. Some even try and send back fakes and keep the good one. 35+ years experience in fragrance industry and I am well equipped to recognize the fakes.

Yet, year after year, ebay sides with the buyer.

Customer misuses the product and says it is defective./ Really. How does a solid stick deodorant leak out of the container? 100's sold and not a single complaint until now. Did you leave in a hot car? Solid deo's liquefy at 114 degrees. Now I must refund. So, on and on into the holiday season. Ebay needs to step up; yeah right! Like asking a car without a battery to start. Ok, at least I got my dimes worth of vitriol out. Happy holiday selling. #fightscammers.

Don't sit back and take it.100% report the buyers who are scammers and liars. They tend to repeat their actions and if there are reports on file, there is a glimmer of hope from ebay.
