High number of GHOST LISTINGS lately?

Anyone seeing an increase in the number of Ghost Listings recently? I have had 5 or 6 in the last month, and I have never seen it happen that often and wondering if anyone else is having the same issue

I have had 1 ghost listing in the last month or so.  But not 5 or 6.  The only reason that I learn that I had a ghost listing, its because I usually look at my items for sale.  And 1 of them grab my attention, I thought that I was going crazy, as I kind of remember that I had sold that item already.  I look at my sold items, and there it was.  I removed it from my items for sale.

Had 1 this month that created total havoc for us.

Ghosties are frustrating and real.  Highly debated, though, as to their existence.

I have never had one.

Something about how I list must be avoiding whatever causes them.

They've been going on since I joined eBay in 1998.

My method of dealing with them is to put all my Active Listings into alphabetical order, then skim them for duplicates (the first signal of an impending problem) and for ghosts that I vaguely remember selling.

The ghosts go on my Unsold List until I can check that I still have the item, then relisted.
