High Traffic & Even Some Sales!

I have had inventory listed on ebay for over a year and received hardly any clicks and no sales. Then I made a sale on March 24. And two more today!

Looking at my traffic, I see that my IMPRESSIONS, are up more than 5x since April 1. I'm not complaining! But I would like to understand what's going on - perhaps I can learn some lessons from it.

Does anyone know if ebay has changed its algorithms or has anyone else seen similar patterns?
