Hi how do a buy a return label for one of my customers

 I sold  Yamaha Piano but after 10 days  the buyer want to return, i have 30 day money back guarantee, eBay automatically accept the return, but now i want to manually buy my own shipping label and send it to the customer  just because the item is pretty heavy so i want to pick my carrier  to get the cheaper label for the return. there is any one out there that could help me and explain me the process.

I assume you can purchase a label and send it PDF but that means you could loose the money if they don't return it.

My suggestion, cut your losses. Tell them to pitch it. It's a tough pill but you may be spending good money after bad.
