I had 2 months in the past that i haven't listed anything or just a few items on and those few months were wery good for sales. Happened during some wave of lockdowns.
Personally i just something when i feel like it and don't care much 😛

@zeemakgroup There is no magic answer to your question so you need to research what you want to sell, determine how much to sell it for and then proceed to list it for sale.

It's not how many. It's how much you make on your sales.
I'd rather list one item and make a hundred than a hundred items making a buck each.
And, looking at some of your items, chances are you're going to be losing money, not making it.

You're drop shipping items from China. Your items are very common and your prices are too high. You are selling random merchandise that be purchased elsewhere for a lot less. Not to mention waiting to receive these items can take quite a while to receive.
The people you are purchasing these items from are also your competition and they're selling the same items for a lot less. Drop shipping usually ends up very bad. You may want to rethink your inventory and sell items from your country.

I just peeked at your postings and you do drop ship. Thats Cool. your page says you have 141 items posted but with a quick count I only see 33 or so items. I think you should worry why there is such a huge difference in your numbers first.

I see a problem selling to the US - your delivery time is 23-30 days, but eBay limits Item Not Received claims to 30 days. Most US customers are going to look at that and move on -- they want more then 0-7 days to decide. And having 0-7 days to report a non-receipt means you are likely to get a lot of INR claims from the US. Now... couple that with your "no tracking" indication and you've got the makings of a big problem. If you have no tracking, you cannot prove shipment and you cannot prove delivery. If a buyer claims non-receipt, you will lose and the customer will get their refund, in full, and you will get a defect. To avoid the defect, you have to resolve the claim by either providing tracking showing delivery (which you will not be able to do) or refund the customer in full.
Dropshipping works best when only a very few people have the same thing. Limited supply increases selling prices, in general. Massive supply will drop selling prices, sometimes to the point of losing money after paying for the product, the shipping, the eBay fees, and the misc costs associated with selling in general.
