Hi, Can other buyers still (see /bid/buy) your items if they are in someones catrt?

The way you've worded this I'm not quite certain what you are asking.  I can tell you that no one but the perspective buyer can see what is in their own cart.  Anything in a cart if fully available for anyone else to purchase it until the buyer commits to purchase.

It is not like a store, the item will look just the same as if nobody has it in their cart.

The item will be available for sale, and nobody will know that someone might be interested in it.
