Hey , I need some help with return policy options

So I saw some guide videos about  creating ur return polcies.

The thing is the dude in the video had options like :

Return will be given as :

Return accepted.

I have domestic and international returns.

How do I add my these optins to my policy?

How recent are these instructional videos?

There have been some very recent changes related to returns.

You are better advised to educate yourself on up to date ebay return policies and rules, so that your listings are then in compliance.

When you list an item, there is a place to input your policy for returns on the listing form. I use the advanced listing tool and return info is located about halfway down the page, after Payment Options.

I left out a piece of my post. You can set up your rules for return preferences in your Account tab in your My Ebay. Go to Site Preferences and part way down the page is Return Preferences. Click on Edit. You can set up special return rules here if you choose.
