Heres what my search returned

For those of you sure it's not ebay, I wanted to buy my son in law a Dekalb Seed Corn Hat.  It's what he asked for for his birthday.

This morning I searched.  164 results. Great called to see which one he wants.  So I searched on my phone on break, 0 results.  What all 164 sold?

Try my bosses phone app 0 results.

Try husbands phone 0 results.

Try my phone again 0 results.

And thank you, but before someone asks, yes I cleared my cookies.  Yes, I restarted.  No there is no connection between my phone and my bosses phone.

I went elsewhere and purchased two hats.  Thank you Ebay.

Yes, last week I reported to ebay cs, the app search function provided 0 results for anything & everything.

This glitch was then cleared up, & search was again working for several days.

However today, I again notified ebay the issue has reappeared.

There is absolutely nothing for sale on ebay when on the app.

@linus.hux72fe   Yes it is a major glitch.  I have spent a couple hours copying and pasting this message today, just for TODAY'S members that reported the issue.  I can only imagine how many buyers like yourself just gave up.  I really hope ebay gets this fixed asap

Ebay is aware of the issue.  No eta on the fix.  

Uninstall the app, restart your phone, then load the app fresh.  

This has been fixing the problem for others

If you still have issues you can go to ebay.com on your phones browser and use the classic site

Search also works fine on PC's

Ok, I give....WHAT is a Dekalb seed corn hat????  And why does a boy want one?  (sorry for my ignorance, just never heard of a corn hat!)

I experienced the same issue yesterday and today. So this afternoon I called CS and they told me that I would need to uninstall the Ebay App and then reinstall it to solve the problem. They told me that they have had many complaints. I told them to leave Ebay the heck alone for a change. They are wreaking havoc with all these tweaks. I think the IT folks at Ebay are trying too hard to justify their job/worth.

Out here in the Midwest corn belt, Dekalb is a brand of seed corn among other things.  The company has been around forever.  Its hats are very collectible and a sort of man version fashion statement.

My husband has dozens which reminds me, I should list a few of the versions he has 2 or 3 or 5 of that my son in law and my boys already have.  But it's like prying a fish from a raccoons hands or a pork chop from my husband's hands at meal time.  

Thank you for your suggestion and information as to the known glitch and fixing it.  I'll give it a go and see what happens.  It's really inexcusable.

The company logo is quite cool for the genre. A corn cob with "mercury" style wing. So I'm assuming then it's a snapback trucker style hat with that logo. I'd wear one in a heartbeat, especially as I'd be the only one in these parts and again, the logo is just darned cool.

Gee, that's funny - not haha funny.  I just did a google image search, clicked on the one from 'ebay' and came up with 402 listings.  I guess google is getting ebay trained.
