I learned about a program on this Community Forum here. It is called the EPN or eBay Partner Network which is an affiliate marketing program that eBay puts out. The cool thing about it is that it allows you to create links to your own listings or groups of listings, as well as other peoples listings.
So if you are advertising your listings anywhere offsite like Facebook or anywhere else, you can create an affiliate link to your own listing and replace your existing links with them. If someone buys the item after clicking the link, you make the sale, and you earn a commission for driving the traffic to ebay which should help you recoup your fees and maybe more.
After you sign up you are given the option of dragging a bookmark to your bookmarks bar as seen here in the upper right corner:
Once you have that bookmark there you can click it when you are on any ebay listing and it will generate an affiliate link like this:
Just copy that link and bring it over to your facebook page (or whereever else you advertise). When you post the link it will fetch a preview. Using this method, the picture will not transfer automatically but there is an option to upload an image before you post. After the preview has been fetched just delete your affiliate link (it'll be saved and activated when the preview is clicked) and replace it with whatever you want to write for your caption.
