Help with identifying a photo of a state capitol building

I think this is the capitol building in Denver, CO, but it's hard for me to tell.

I found this online, to me it looks like the same building.

The black & white photo in Message #1 and the building in Message #3 are the same building. It is the DENVER CITY AND COUNTY BUILDING.

The building in the color photo in Message #1 and the black & white photo in Message #6 is the COLORADO CAPITOL BUILDING.

I don't think these buildings look alike, even though all government buildings look alike.

I suppose the columns could have been changed, but the dome/spire? These two appear different shapes.

Yeah, to me the first one looks different at the spire, but this one looks the same.

Help with identifying a photo of a state capitol building

Sorry I'm posting this in dribs and drabs, but I'm doing several things at once here and my train of thought keeps derailing lol

Here is the companion photo:

If you look at the front of the building and the photos, it looks like the first one.

I know for sure it's located where it snows.

I really can't be sure. I know I'm tired of looking at state capitol building lol

Why can't people label their photos!?!?!?!

Guy with the cannon is definitely the same building as the colored one in your 1st post. NOT the same building as the black & white in your first post which is the same building as in your color photo in your 2nd post.

As to where either of those buildings actually is located? Sorry, can't help lol

This photo and the first have the same column spacing. 2 close together, 1, 1, 2 close together.

Thank you!!  Two separate buildings, then. No wonder it didn't make sense lol
