Hi -
I recently sold 2 items to 2 separate people. Both orders were cancelled on the buyers request.
I have been charged the final fee charge and I want a refund as I've had to re-list the item. The issue is that when I try to contact ebay, I either get a 'call us' or a 'we'll call you' options. The 'we'll call you option' doesn't work in the UK and I don't really want the cost of having to phone the US.
Are there any other options? Thanks in advance.

You should be filing an unpaid item after 48 hours
ebay then gives buyers 4 days to pay
they pay you ship, they don't pay then you go in and close the case
they get a strike on their account & you get your fees back
then you relist

If the buyers asked to cancel and you formally cancelled, ebay will credit the final value fee. Your invoice may have been issued before the FVF credit posted.

You can cancel the orders yourself. From your list of sold items, use the dropdown arrow to select CANCEL ORDER and then choose BUYER REQUESTED and submit.
Same for the next one.
Done.

Ignore my post #2
Losing it, they requested a cancel not just didn't pay
I swear I read posts but for some reason this just didn't sink in
