Good day. Help me please! I sent the product to the buyer who won the auction at the maximum amount (Apple keyboard, new, in film). The buyer sends a photo of the empty shipping box and says that the goods have not arrived. He asks to understand the situation. I received money through Paypai. What should I do? Selling recently. there was no such experience. Thank you earlier for your attention and help!

File an insurance claim with Fed Ex, and tell the buyer they will need to save the packaging for when someone wants to come and inspect it. Ask for their phone # so you can give it to Fed Ex. You can do this inside the claim so ebay can see it and the buyers answer.
If they come back and say they can't/won't cooperate, there is supposed to be a seller protection for this(in theory).
In the end, though, you need to accept the return prior to the 3 days being up if they file a claim. You could just refund, but I wouldn't without making them return your item something.

Did this buyer receive any other information with this box? When contents are lost or damaged in transit, the USPS sends a damaged/lost notice with the packaging.

If the buyer opens a NOT AS DESCRIBED case, you will be required to refund in full. If you want the empty box back, you must supply a return label.
The post office does not always stamp the item as, ‘received without contents’.

Thank you for taking the time. I sent by Fedex. In the shipping box, I put a sealed box with a keyboard. I also put paper and polyethylene there to fill the empty space. The buyer wrote that only paper and polyethylene came in the box. The buyer sent a photo of the shipping box, it is not dented. good looking.

I would suggest that youtell your buyer to keep the box and any packaging that came with it because after you report it to the post office for possible 'rifling' (a felony) the postal inspectors may want to see and examine the what they received. Then file a report with USPS Postal Inspectors - a complaint for suspected rifling. Your buyer's complaint may disappear because the post office takes a dim view of their employees, or others, stealing mail.

Would USPS handle a Fedex shipment? Seller shipped via Fedex.

I'm sure I sent the goods. I'm not sure about the buyer. maybe he is deceiving me. it turns out I have no options but to return the money. it turns out I gave him the keyboard. this is a big minus for me. Does the seller’s rights not be taken into account at all?

Last I heard, whether it is delivered by FedEx or USPS, considering it is a mail order purchase, the Postal Inspectors can still be involved, as it is using the mail for fraud. Postal Inspectors are one of the special branches of the Federal Government for policing.

Who had such a similar situation?

Talk to your post office about a missing item claim. There is a specific form. You will need to describe the items. There is a repository for such items. Strange a mail person would deliver an empty box without some mention of it on the box, damage, etc. On the **bleep** side, scammers use eBay's policy's to get free items, hopefully not in your case.
