I’m thinking about selling an Oculus Rift to put it towards upgrading to a Vive. I’ve seen most of them but for mine I’m a little confused, since for example it has 3 sensors instead of 2. Any idea how much it would be worth? I’ve never sold anything on the site before so I’m kinda new to this.
You might want to do a search, then click on completed at the far left side of the page to view completed listings. That will show you what didn't sell, what did sell, and what it sold for.
Be careful selling something valuable on an ID with only 3 feedback, especially an electronic item. It would be safer to sell the headset using the local pickup option and make sure the buyer tests it when they pick it up.
I am going to be honest , this isn't the best item to start selling here. High price scam items from a low to no feedback seller can lead to all the scammers. I would suggest you start out selling less expensive items, get an idea how it works. Get some feedback under your belt first
There are alot of scams new sellers fall for Buyers email request to change delivery address Buyer fakes Paypal emails Buyers tell you to ship first supply tracking then you get paid
I have been selling here since almost the start of the site & would never sell a high scam item like that here. If you are going to sell it here then be sure to always log into Paypal make sure payment is there & it is ok to ship. Don't let the buyers ask for your email,everything needs to be done via ebay & ebay messages. Never change a delivery address after payment.
even if you try everything to protect yourself buyers can open claims not as described & you risk getting a tracked package back to you that is not the item you shipped.
