I have 2 questions about a Panasonic Shaving System,
is there a web site where you can find out when a model shaver was made?
is it better to Open a sealed box to be Sure or best to leave it factory sealed ?
I have a Panasonic Sonic Shaving 2, but can't find it anywhere. I'm Fairly certain my husband is giving up shaving, so decided to sell it.

Do not open it. No one is interested in buying someone else's razor that's been opened, even if you're claiming that it has never been used.
I can't say that it really matters exactly when it was made. Look for copyright dates in the fine print on the outside, or visit the manufacturer's website to see if it's still a current model. You can probably find a customer service address or phone number on the package, too, if you want to ask them.
These don't have a huge retail value even when new, sealed and hanging on the hook at Walmart, so don't spend a ton of time on research, but mainly, don't break the seal.
