Help with Mfg of Polish Enamelware Pan ?

Does anyone recongnize the Manufacturer of this enamelware pan with the following logo on the bottom?

Very definitely looks like a teapot. When I google Teapot Logo or Teapot Maker's Mark, I get ... you guessed it ... tens of thousands of images of Teapots.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !
