Help on messaging all buyers

Due to an unexpected medical issue I’ve fallen behind on my shipping responsibilities.  I’ve communicated with every buyer that has Contacted me promptly and I have explained the issue to them and told them if they want to refund that they absolutely can. It was a lot of work finally getting caught up but I dropped all the items off at the post office today.  Due to my post office and the people that work there I am concerned they did not scan the packages in.  Everyone of them has tracking and I have paid for the postage on all of them for what it’s worth.  I would really like a way to send all the buyers have not received their package and update.

@oco5350 Just write a generic message that covers everything. Copy & paste it into a message and hit send. There is no way to message multiple buyers as each transaction is considered separate. It only takes the time to write it out and then it's easy to copy. Best of luck to you....

On your seller hub go to orders, then paid and shipped, click and there they are. By sell similar there is an arrow, click and you will see send message...Thats it.

Sorry for your medical issue I hope everything is looking better.  I never just "drop" anything at the post office without having them do a scan and obtaining a receipt. I am not sure how far behind you are or how many items/buyers are involved but I do not know of a way to mass mail all buyers. Your only option may be to send individual messages to each buyer. Your first priority should probably be any buyer who is approaching, if they have not already passed, the projected delivery date for the item after which point they can open an INR case with eBay.

You do still have active listings and if your medical condition may cause additional impact to your ability to ship on-time you may want to consider putting yourself in a vacation mode. You are already starting to pickup some negative feedback and potentially taking a hit to your metrics due to the shipping delays. If this become too excessive eBay may suspend your account.
