I can see you on the UK site and the German site as well, so I'm not sure what your actual issue is.

Also the number of negative feedback you have may be affecting your visibility.

Um ... no they don't.

If there is a regional eBay site, with sellers located close to them and listings in their own language and currency, they tend to use that site.

I can see your listings just fine on eBay.com and on all of the other international sites that I checked.
