Just "sold" a iPad Pro full price without haggle. Too good to be true? Was in a tizzy to pack. The buyer sent a message saying their account was hacked and they didn't authorized the transaction and saying he is in dispute with his credit card. What should I do on this side? I can refund in full. Which is better for me as a seller and for the buyer? Need to find the right procedure to do this. This is a first for us!!

And you wont get a defect with that option.

you can refund him with 'at buyers request', so you can get your fvf back.

Once you cancel the transaction with buyers request, the refund is automatic.

What the others said - send a refund with "buyer requested" as the reason.
And don't get in a tizzy to pack - not worth the stress! Now that it's packed, you don't have to worry about that.
That said, I've been selling here for more than 20 years and I would never sell a laptop on eBay. Scammers will come out of the woodwork.

Tho if this ever happens again..and you have already shipped..simply provide PP with the delivery confirmation number, and you are covered by seller protection there.
