Help Understanding Listing Amounts

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the help.  We have been selling for a while but just now starting to take it "serious" and try to build something.

I have been selling a lot of video game based collectible figures.  We have a starter store (which i'm thinking I didn't need now) and are thinking of upgrading to Basic.  With the basic plan once I hit 250 listings in the collectible cattergory to I start paying for listings or do I dip into the 1k additional above?

Thank you for any help.  Have a wonderful day!

I do the $21.95 per month and it is well worth it.

I would also place a coin or something near the item you are selling. Couldn't figure how big or tiny it may be.

The free shipping for these items that are not very expensive...Are you sure you are asking enough for them?

Basic Store:

1,000 "buy it now" (any category)  +  10,000 "buy it now" (select categories only)  +  250 "auction" (collectibles & fashion)

None of your listings are auction format so they would all come off the 1K.

Check this page to see what your account's listing limits are. Subscribing to a store that comes with 1K free insertions does not automatically increase your limits.

Thank you for the reply.  I think I will get this with the other advice others have said.  Yes, this figures are quite small.  I kind of assumed collectors would be going for them so they would inherently know the size.  But scale is always good.

Some of them I am NOT asking enough for.  The real profit comes from when people buy more than 1.  I got the figures for $0.24 - $0.33 depending on the figure.  So, any time I get a bundle sale the profits become fantastic.

I can't tell you how many times i read that and did not pick up on the "auction" part.  Thank you for your clear and succinct answer.   I appreciate your time

Ah, thank you for this.  My Item limit is significantly higher, but I think that is different than the amount of listings you may have if I am correct.

Yes, so you can list either 2,330 items or $31.5K worth of inventory - whichever limit you hit first.

So the basic store has 1K free insertions. That doesn't mean you can't list more than 1K, it means you'll have to pay insertion fees for anything over 1K.
