Help To Increase my selling limit and covert below to above standard

ebay help center please help me. I am my ebay store above standard, i am black but my ebay store limit has been exhausted due to which i am not able to do any listing on ebay. I was not able to get any more limit for the last 2 months due to which I was not able to do more listings on eBay. I want to do eBay copy work but can't do any listings because of the main limitation. I am worried because of the limit, you give me the limit. Due to covid19 I was not able to give body to it but now I am relieved from covid19 then I can now work well with the ongoing copy. My request to you is that you send me the boundaries again so that I can work again.

You are a new seller with limits and you have one buyer unhappy with a purchase.

You need to work on delivering what you promise and sorting out any problem a buyer may have before eBay is required to step in.
