It looks like a Mexican style Terra Cotta Bull sculpture. But I can't find anything with that name or signature. Could be something a week end artist made.
Looks to me like a Peruvian hand made & Hand painted, item, The artist looks to be Ademon? Not sure some of these types of items can be worth pretty good money, Some not so great, I would try finding out more before posting it, Sorry I couldn't tell you more.
