I found a product I sold was a fake so had to cancel the order, then the same product accidently got relisted so had to cancel it again. Then two buyers returned items that were not the ones I sent them. One went to resolution and Ebay refunded the other I incorrectly put out of stock to refund the buyer promply - but this had a negative impact instead. I have started using the Ebay pre pay post service so that my supposed late delivery results will improve. But my predicted level is still bad. I really wanted to have a big sales push over Christmas - can I appeal about my seller level?

Very sorry you are in this spot. You can call CS and try, but I would not be too hopeful. Outlining what changes you have made and your understanding of policy might help.

The easiest way to find out if you can appeal your case is simply call eBay customer service directly when they open and present your situation to them and ask for an appeal. Seems like you needed this to happen so you could get more serious about selling. I'm not trying to attack you but by your own admittance you have much to improve on.
