Hello

You sign up for Managed Payments, then create your listings. Hopefully something sells and you'll be paid in several weeks.

Hello

You really should try buying a few things, don’t need to spend a lot of money, you need to learn the landscape before diving into sales on eBay

Hello

You "need" to know?

What happens if you don't find out?

Hello

Everything you need to know about selling is on the site. If you read everything you won't  need to ask someone how to sell.

Hello

Hello and welcome!

Most new sellers have limits on how much and how many items they will be allowed to sell here in the beginning, so prepare yourself. Below is a link to getting started as a seller on eBay. Good luck!

Hello

Perhaps, to save time and frustration, you should look at like items you would be selling and see if there is a market for them and if the closing price(s) is acceptable. Take off 20% of the closed total and that should get you close to what you get BEFORE you deduct the actual cost of the item. There is time, listing, handling, materials, bookkeeping to figure into the net you get. Also being new at this, you maybe a target for scams. Then there is the usual "fretting" about the closed sale, comebacks, do I, or do I not, add insurance and sig/conf. Make a few mistakes???probably, make different ones? probably all part of the "game".

Hello

First remember the #1 rule as a seller on eBay and that is to NEVER list anything you cannot afford to take the financial loss on.

In addition to the other recommended readings you should fully read and understand the eBay money back guarantee and it's implications. In addition read the help files associated with the eBay scammers. As a new seller you are going to have, depending on what you are selling, a HUGE target on your back.
