Have multiple buy it now offers for same item, however all seem to be from the same zip code

Have several items in the 250.00 plus dollar range that I have been fielding offers on. All of the offers seem to be from the same zip code in either Bear, DE or Eugene OR. What scams do I need to be watching for or am I being overly paranoid?

@copreds That is always a tough call. Could all be legit, could all be scams. Personally a lot of my DE orders go to shipping forwarders for overseas buyers. Best advice I can give is look to see how long they have been on eBay and how their feedback looks. The more they have the better in theory.

Update, one of the buyers accepted counteroffer but has not paid. I searched the shipping address and name on google and get a hit on a bad buyer list. I am not sure what to do

You have to go through with the sale if they pay. Excluding certain circumstances. I'm guessing the address is a shipping forwarder so it will probably show up as a bad buyer. In the end it is up to you what you do, but try to be sure it is within eBay policy if you don't want to get in trouble with eBay.
