Have Metaphysical Items/Readings/Spirit related items returned to sell?

I was aware this was banned in 2012 and now sellers are back offering these services. Is it back in? Are people now allowed to begin selling these services again?

I reported someone who had 10 listings like this and of course they never got removed and this buyer is making a TON of money and has bidding wars on his imaginary items, and Ebay never removed them.

I ran across someone selling spirits. He claims to be in touch with a medium who will "send" a spirit into your house via the astral plane... no actual item will ever be shipped out. No haunted doll, or haunted trinket - just "Hey, buy my item and my medium friend will send it to your house via the astral plane!"

*item has 20 bids on it and there's a massive bidding war going on, some of these items selling for a good chunk of change*

And I'm over here like.... really?

I work hard to try to sell my REAL tangible items and some charlatans make an insane amount of money doing THIS.

Probably sports bidders who have no intention of paying.

I wish that were true but I went through their feedback score and many people were happy with their purchases, saying "Ah, a light flickered! A+ seller. Spirit arrived!" and these are feedback ratings on items that were not cheap because I can see the price they sold for. 

I'm not discrediting spirituality by any means and am quite fascinated with metaphysical topics myself, but, I feel like Ebay is.... not the place for this.

They could make these things eBay legal again if they implemented a special category just for them:  Everything Else --> Snake Oil.

I have a few empty spirit bottles around I could sell.  Might be worth my time.  You know, Jack, Grandad, Jim and a few others.  Id just have to put the spirit back in them 🙂

I have seen that both tarot readings and psychic readings are offered again. Not an item.

They have not been caught yet.Not enough unique reports to get ebays attention to cause them to be pulled

If the sellers get cases filed against them ebay will get involved,too many case lead to sanctions

Wow, so if Ebay is ignoring reports against them, then I guess removal on the type of items and service isn't 'banned'.

I saw back when it was banned, all those sellers left or at least it appeared so at that time. Now they seem to be back and doing their thing again. So, unless Ebay actually starts removing these shops it seems like it's shrugged off. Hm.

And at the very end, you admit it's a personal problem you have. Not even sure how you folks find this type of stuff to begin with. 

Are you religious? Is that how these items are found? Please enlighten me.

If it's on eBay and doesn't break any policies, how exactly is this not the right place? Where would be a good market for that?
