I have had trouble opening and downloading expense reports, and finding everything I need. Customer service has been very little help. Any other sellers having issues like these?

I did last year but in the past months eBay has added lots of more info, links and reports.
What info are you looking for and not finding?

The numbers Ebay provides don't jive with my expenses sheet.

You're downloading a summary report under Transactions, correct?
