I was just contacted by one of my buyers who said she tried leaving me 5 stars in feedback but was only able to leave 4 stars for 2 entries. She wanted to know if there was a way to fix the 4 stars to make them 5 stars.
Is this some kind of gliltch or is Ebay now "stacking the deck" against us for some reason?
