There is no need to print a shipping label if you are hand-delivering the item.
Or, if you have already printed a label ... it can be voided.
Be aware ... if your listing does not offer Local Pickup and your buyer does not select Local Pickup, the buyer can file an Item Not Received case. If you cannot prove delivery with tracking, you will probably lose.
If your listing offers Local Pickup (and the buyer selects it), eBay will give you a QR code to prove that the buyer actually picked it up (or you delivered it)

no need for label
just print out the packing list / shipping details and have the buyer sign at pick-up or best to have them pay at pick-up.
meet in open public place during the daylight. Many local police stations offer this service. You may need to contact them first to let them know and they approve. Cannot speak for all police stations on how they operate.

There's no need to worry about a shipping label: just exchange the item for cash and you're done.

You lose your seller protection without the proof of delivery. All a buyer has to do is file a claim there is no tracking to show it was delivered.
