Just wondering, did anybody else see/activate the promotion for half-off seller fees on Nike, Jordan, Adidas that came up like the week of August 28 to September 3? I can't seem to find any evidence of it existing anymore nor see it in my "activated promotions" or "expired promotions." I recall activating it but it hasn't been applied to any of my shoes I listed within it's specified time period. I called eBay customer service about it before I listed some shoes and the rep told me it is activated on my account and I should receive the promo if I sell shoes. Now I'm selling shoes and I'm still getting charged full fees. I called customer service last week about it and the rep went ahead and gave me a credit for it, but now I sold shoes this week and the rep is saying he doesn't know what promotion I'm talking about and that it's not on my account? He told me to wait 5-7 business days for a response as they have to look into it.
I'm just wondering if there are others who saw this promotion and activated it but are having trouble with eBay keeping their word? Or did you guys not have issues with it? Was it some technical glitch maybe on my end? It's just frustrating since I put in extra work to have these shoes posted within the time frame of the promotion just to be charged regular seller fees.
