I HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY BOTH HURRICANES HELENE AND MILTON. IN LAKE PLACID FLORIDA WE WERE SKIPPED BY FEMA TO REVIEW DAMAGES. BECAUSE OF SHIPPING ISSUES, MY ABOVE STANDARD RATING WAS KNOCKED DOWN TO BELOW STANDARD RATING. HOW DO I GET THIS REVIEWED AND CHANGED? THANK YOU.

I would also suggest giving customer service a call which they will give you a ticket and have an agent review your account.
