HTML help needed with upcoming active content copy not

Please,  if anyone can help me would be greatly appreciated .

My items are seasonal and the big change with "Active Content"  coming up In June  could  affect me badly in   my upcoming   listings  .

Lot of  other folks sell in the same arena  as I and they  LOVE to copy my info.. (flattered but p.o'ed too)

 I was able to stop  it (  for most  part with )  with the below leading HTML  but some other sellers  still figure out how to get around parts of it.

Beow is the leader/header  ( or whatever)  html I've been  currently/ are using for several years  per not  being able to C&P.

What changes must ( for future auctions afer the active content deall goes  into effect  in  Junr  2017?)

Should  be   made ...

can they  be made to work effectively?

<script language="JavaScript">
<!--
var message="";
///////////////////////////////////
function clickIE() {if (document.all) {(message);return false;}}
function clickNS(e) {if
(document.layers||(document.getElementById&&!document.all)) {
if (e.which==2||e.which==3) {(message);return false;}}}
if (document.layers)
{document.captureEvents(Event.MOUSEDOWN);document.onmousedown=clickNS;}
else{document.onmouseup=clickNS;document.oncontextmenu=clickIE;}
document.oncontextmenu=new Function("return false")
// -->
</script>

@tatertot2u57

When eBay blocks active content, there will be no alternative method to prevent others from copying your content.

Thanks shipscript, is there going to be any way to use colored fonts at all ?

I need to have some bold RED and other colors in some of my listings if at all possible .

need to be able to center, etc. to grab attention also.

A simple html program can be found in the freeware program kompoZer.

It is a simple wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) program where you can change fonts, size, color, bullets etc.  You have to copy/paste the HTML VIEW into the ebay description box.  Don't know if it has the exact feature you want, but may be worth considering.

First, thank you for explaining what "wysiwyg" means.

I will check out the kompoZer deal, clueless about that one .

 I really must be able to accentuate parts of my listings for many reasons so perhaps that will help.   ( lot of buyers simply don't read but the  colored fonts will draw attention  to details at times for sure. )
