Wade through the options until you find one to have ebay call you.
BTW you are asking on Saturday night after midnight - I don't know if their phone people are even available to call at this time.

If you want to talk about having the negative feedback removed you are wasting your time.
For example, your feedback reply says you never stated it was antique or what it was made of.
Funny, but I clicked on the item and the title says it's an ASH Walking Stick Cane. Umm, that IS saying what the cane is made of.
And yes, you did state it was antique in MANY different places.
"I AM RETIRED...DEALING IN ANTIQUES, ESPECIALLY CANES"
"BUYING THE BEST FROM ANTIQUE SHOWS AND STORES"
"(All items are antique and therefore used)"
"As our items are antique and have been used, in some cases for many years..."
Then finally you said you do not believe that an antique cane should be used for support.

The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.
