Go to your sold items. I usually click Sell at the top right of the page. Then "Ended" on the left hand bar. Then select "Sold items" and search for them.
Go to the order details.
From there, you'll see a "Leave Feedback" button that is a drop down.
Go to the order click the drop down menu as indicated by the arrow in the image below look for send refund in the menu.
