How can I contact eBay, at least via Chat?

Clicking on Help & Contact, or the Contact 'choices' just keep sending me around and around, accomplishing nothing.

Hi, i have heard good things about customer service reps on eBay’s Facebook. They are said to be responsive. ( Sorry i don’t have the link.) You can also reach out to them on eBay’s Twitter.

In the contact us choice on each page bottom - click that.

Looks like a chat only function, but in that same box on right, Choose CALL ME instead.  They will call you at your registered phone number on file.  Once you click, it tells you wait time for call.

If you want to chat, type "agent" in the chat box and you will be connected to a live person.
