I wish I knew. I think eBay's international shipping program has killed the option of us shipping internationally. And I've searched for how to fix it and there's no fix.

You need to revise the locations you ship to on the listing.
Just a thought, though, are you absolutely sure you want to offer world wide?
Not every country has a dependable and reliable postal system. Delays and items not received can be costly to you.
There are some countries you might want to re-think shipping to.
You could also consider the Ebay GSP; you only have to ship the item to KY.
just some thoughts. Good Luck.

Not sure if all "new sellers" are allowed to sell "world wide".
Seem that I have read there is a restriction on that

I'm not exactly sure but if you are talking about items listed using your posting ID, you may have to prove yourself to ebay first. IT could be a restriction since your last FB as a seller shows as over a year ago.
@Anonymous could you chime in here? thanks

Absolutely right! New sellers aren't allowed to sell world wide until they have a proven history of successfully completed transactions.
They need to gain experience and knowledge of Ebay policies and procedures first. Ebay doesn't want them biting off more than they can chew, and then disappointing buyers.
Ebay may consider raising limits after 3 months but there is not guarantee they will do so. I could not find any information as to when a new seller can ship internationally.
International shipping costs can be expensive, so there is a great possibility of seller error there.

Good catch. Sorry I did not check, just took the question at face value.
Thank you!

Yes another broken promise and false ebay promotion. How many ads have you seen claiming a seller can just sign up for ebay and sell to its millions of customers world-wide.
Turns out they cant!!! Not until ebay makes a bunch of money off them first!

Hi @sammy22, we do not place limits on international sales for new sellers. You just need to select an international shipping service in your listing. Be sure that More options are enabled on your listing form when going to revise the listing, first. If you had to turn these options on, you would need to select the More options selection under the Shipping section. Lastly, click the +Add international shipping option to select the service you would like to use to offer sales internationally.
If you have any questions about this process, don't hesitate to contact Customer Service so they can help you through these steps

Okay then, why can't I elect to ship to Canada? I have 4201 feedback, 100% and am far from new.
But I cannot find any way to ship to an International address without ebay's international shipping.
