HI ! PLS HELP ME ! CAN'T LIST NEW ITEM EVEN ERASED ONE LISTED ITEM

Hi I have a limit with 10 items or $1000. I canceled, deleted 1 relisted item and want to list another item instead of it. I'm checking but the deleted item didn't disappear Because of that I couldn't list another one as an another reason it still seems 10 items. Could you please help me how I can do it? is it a technical problem or somethingelse?
