Hi,
I am inexperienced at EBAY.
On August 1, I made a purchase of 3 computers, the seller sent the tracking, the next day I got sick with covid and I was sick for a month.
I thought that the product had arrived at my house because the tracking was in green.
The product never arrived, the seller told the UPS company to return the package.
I have contacted the seller requesting that I return my money.
The seller tells me this: "Start a return on the order and I will refund the full amount"
What do I have to do, I really don't know what to do, can you please help me.

How long ago were the UPS items returned to seller?

I would ... start a return on the order so the seller can refund you.

Go to your PURCHASE HISTORY and click DID NOT RECEIVE ITEM.
