I'm having a hard time understanding, but if, as you say at the end, your pending payments say you have positive $56 and $13 neg, I think you are good and will reconcile to a payout to you of about $43. That positive $56 will take care of the neg amount so eBay won't tap into your bank account.
May I suggest that if you are walking a thin line with your bank account funds that you make sure you are on weekly payouts so your payouts don't get ahead of your balance in Managed Payments and get into a situation where eBay has to pull some funds from your bank account due to misc charges, refunds, etc.

And your CapsLock is stuck, too.

@tdrake explained it right....
If I read it right...when "Processing Funds" becomes available funds, the (-) amount will be deducted from that BEFORE it is deducted and/or transferred to/from your bank account. So in the end, you will receive funds from the sales, less the amounts you paid for labels......it is a multiple-step process from the sale to your bank account.....you ebay account is charged for the labels (the negative number)
your funds will pay for those labels once they are 'processed' and 'available'......
oh, and you caps lock is stuck.....

"I SOLD TWO ITEMS AND I COULD NOT GET THE QR CODES SO I HAD TO RE0BUY THEM TO GET THE CODES."
Can you explain what this means, exactly...?

"... I HAD TO RE0BUY THEM TO GET THE CODES..."
This line just registered. You probably did not have to "rebuy" them, (they are reprintable and accesible after purchase) but if you did, and got NEW tracking numbers/qrcodes, don't forget to void the old ones...it will take a couple weeks for the credits to appear though....

Why are you even bothering all you need to do is write the buyers name and address on the package take it to the postoffice where they will weigh it and place the correct postage on it. That's what I do when I don't have a printer.
But if you are going to sell on a regular bases I suggest you get one, they are fairly inexpensive and will reduce your head aches. I have no idea what a QR code is.
You need to VOID the labels you bought that you could'nt find for a refund.

A serious seller doesn't haul handwritten pkgs to the PO and pay high retail rates. If they don't have a printer when they buy their postage from eBay they can geta QR code from eBay, which they take to the PO and the PO scans the code and prints a label free of charge. Which is what the OP does. If he paid and can't find the QR code then he is out of luck. I don't know how to get a replacement because I never used the QR code - I own a printer. But I know what one is, and I think once generated it can be found again, maybe someone else knows.
