Try calling CS and letting them know. I had that problem, and talked nicely to the CS rep, and within a few hours, my listings started showing up. Also, I had some a couple of weeks ago not showing up, and when I searched, listings that didn't even have a word that I used in their title were showing up. I had to do a bit of detective work and looked at the categories that were showing up. I switched my listings to those categories, and *POOF*, there they are. Never had that problem before, but it seems like an issue these days.
