You will need to tell us WHERE you are seeing this green check mark.

• Is it your listing in your active listings?
• Is it your listing in your sold listings?
• Another seller's listing in the search results?
• Another seller's listing in their store?
• Another seller's listing in your list of items you have purchased?
• Some other place?

Or perhaps you could post a screen shot. You really haven' given us much information to go on.

On my site a green check mark means the item has been delivered.

eBay Motors can put a green checkmark at the beginning of the title. My listing was superior in every way. I had more feedback, a lower price, free shipping, you name it, except the number of units sold. A month later, I had the most units sold and the checkmark did not move to my listing.

Don't obsess about a defective algorithm that won't reward you.
