 item..has cracks...messaged the seller, no reply. Tried to open a snad...no place to click on, what to do...

It's not expensive...11 bucks something but the point is they sent it in a flimsy cardboard box inside a plastic envelope all the way from Hong Kong....didn't think of getting crushed. And the pics were so cute...I really wanted it.

No place to click on? Where are you looking?

If you can't find it you can always go to Help & Contact (using the id you purchased with) and type in "return an item". It should display a list of recent purchases and you can take it from there.

This is only 1 of many places you can open a not as described claim.

Sometimes when I go to help and contact signed in with my buying id I don't even have to type in anything, it will automatically show me my recent purchases and ask me if it's related to any of them.

Sorry that happened, especially since you really wanted it.  Since it is from Hong Kong, perhaps it is something you could find from another seller easily and maybe have a better experience?  I hope you can get what you want!

Received a knock off designer item that was listed as genuine. No response from the seller. Went to open a SNAD today and no matter how many times i hit submit, it won’t process my claim. Everything is filled in properly. Some kind of glitch, waiting a few hours and will try again.
