Got Scammed Apple iphone 8 plus Buyer did not pay and emailed me with fake emails

Hello, ı have set an iphone 8 plus on my ebay account few days ago which my sister bought for my birthday and i was not able to return it because i don't like big size phones so i did not open it and i wanted to sell it here. And  a buyer wanted to buy it.

she sent her address

I have got some emails grom rbs bank which says the money is on hold after you send the tracking information you will get your money,

she said that RBS bank is working like this: Her money is on hold and when i send the tracking information  in 24 hours i get my money.

She asked em to send by DHL but i didn't. I had to send it with another company.

Then after she said why didnt you sent it with DHL i told you to send with dhl!!

After that no reply.

I tracked the phone and i saw it's on transit i called the company but they can not cancel the shipment, it's too late its already on the way from germany to UK.

I send the item and i sent the tracking to this email and got no reply.

But now she is ignoring me, basically i got scammed after i searched on internet and i saw that it's a big scam... Now i lost my iphone 8plus which i wanted to sell for 750€ this is not my fault. I removed the phone from ebay because i thought i sold it so i wont need it. Now i got scammed and i have not recieved anything i have all the email proofs and the tracking paper which i got from the post office. I want my money please do something ebay.

I am really super sad because of this bad experience.

So sorry, OP, but it seems like you took this off ebay.  At least that is what I think you mean when you say, you removed it from ebay.  

I can understand why you are super sad, but phones are a very problematic thing to sell.  I wish you had researched before selling it rather than after.

But sadly, what is done is done and you cannot go back.  Ebay cannot protect you if you took the sale off Ebay, and you can also severely damage your account when you do that.

This is a common scam.

A very successful one.

eBay cannot help you at all.

This was taken "off" of eBay by yourself...

The only thing you can now do is...

Report the phone "Stolen"..   brick it

give the Carrier the ESN MEID number as stolen.

Unfortunately bricking a phone that has left the country in which it was intended to be activated is often impossible.

That's why buyers will buy phones from the US and UK with bad ESNs. They can be activated on other countries carriers

Probably the only reason you were able to get the phone back is because you didn't send it by DHL as the scammer asked you to. Glad it worked out for you.

Do keep your eyes wide open because with these phones, there are a dozen ways to scam the seller here up to and including getting the item, filing SNAD, and sending you back a cheap flip phone.
